Preparing for your Boundaries Reset
Find a quiet space, away from distractions as much as possible, where you can feel calm and really tune in to what you are thinking and feeling.
Bring a notebook or journal to the calls, so you can take notes and capture insights as they come up. You can start recording your experience in your notebook by answering the Self-Care Assessment and Boundaries prompt questions.
Make your space as cozy and inviting as possible: bring tea or water, a cozy blanket, light a candle…whatever makes you feel good. Remember that this time is for you - make it delicious!
